Restorative Real Estate® advisory services unlock restorative justice through the remediation of de jure segregation. 

We will improve racial equality through black ownership and increase the creditworthiness of existing residents to generate a system for more equitable economic growth within target communities.

We are presently redeveloping a 2.5 acre parcel with an existing asset that we co-manage to demonstrate Restorative Real Estate®. This project will determine the appraisal and valuation impacts of increasing the number of owners using the property as a primary residence.  

We look forward to scaling this approach in NYC to evolve real estate investment, site selection, development, property management, and transactions.
